The hotel is clean and ideal, offers magnificent and unbeatable location dependent on transport. Attentive, exceptionally kind staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The room is well-equipped and impeccably clean and there are pleasant views. Great to have central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the bus station and a short distance from the harbour and downtown. The staff here provided exceptional service, always friendly and willing to help with any request. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it was close to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helped us with arranging transportation. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were amazing.
There were some issues with the breakfast service, as there was too much food automatically brought to our table, leading to waste.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, including a great restaurant that was open late. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom and all of the necessary amenities. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, offering excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served to us every morning.
